Black Anker 10000mAh power bank with blue cable

I found a black Anker 10000mAh portable charger this afternoon around 3:15pm in Market Square, downtown Knoxville, resting on a bench near the Visitor Center. It’s a compact rectangle with a matte finish, the Anker logo on the front, and a blue USB-C cable still plugged into the top. There’s a small dent on the edge and a white sticker on the back with the initials 'TN' partially peeled off as a faint reminder of a tag. If this is yours, I’d be glad to help get it back.
