Silver charm bracelet with heart and sapphire

I lost my silver charm bracelet yesterday around 3pm near the Holland Farmers Market on 8th Street in downtown Holland, MI. It's a slim sterling-silver bracelet about 7 inches long, with a heart charm set with a small blue sapphire and a tiny star charm. The clasp is engraved with 'M+L' and there's a faint scratch along the band from wear. It feels sentimental because it was a gift from my grandmother, so I'd really love to have it back if anyone found it.
