Lost blue dog collar with silver dog tag engraved with phone number near park in Heartland, Florida.

I lost my dog's blue collar with a silver dog tag while walking near the park in Heartland Florida. The collar has a lovely design, and the tag has my phone number engraved on it. I'm really hoping someone might have seen it or picked it up.
