Lost blue parakeet named Oliver with an orange cheek spot around Riverside Park, Hartford.

I lost my blue parakeet, named Oliver, around Riverside Park in Hartford yesterday evening. He flew out of his cage and hasn’t returned home. He’s about a year old, very friendly, and has a little orange spot on his cheek. I’d really appreciate any help in locating him.
