Blue US passport with coffee stain

I lost my blue US passport yesterday around 3pm near the Starbucks on Market Street in Harrisonburg, by Court Square. It's the navy-blue passport with a slightly worn cover, gold seal, and a small coffee stain along the back. Inside, there's a tiny Post-it with my initials 'PP' on the inside cover. It holds sentimental value and I really need it back because I have upcoming travel plans and several appointments next week.
