Blue Samsonite carry-on with orange tag

I found a blue Samsonite hard-shell suitcase this afternoon around 2:15pm near the Riverfront Park entrance off Market Street in Harrisburg. It’s a medium-size case, scuffed at the corners, with an orange luggage tag and a small dent on the lid. A couple of travel stickers are on the side, including a Jazz Fest sticker from last year.
