Black tuxedo jacket with satin lapels

I found a black tuxedo jacket this afternoon around 3:15pm behind the Whitaker Center on Market Street in Harrisburg. It's a men's size large, wool-blend with satin peak lapels, and there’s a Calvin Klein label inside. A small gold compass pin sits on the left lapel, and I spotted a faint scuff on the right sleeve from a night out. There’s also a slight crease in the lining that suggests it’s been worn for a formal event recently.
