Found keys on red lobster-claw keychain near Crandall Park

I found a set of keys this afternoon around 2:15pm in the parking lot behind Crandall Park on Broad Street in Glens Falls. They're on a bright red lobster-claw keychain with a small brass compass charm and a blue plastic tag that reads 'GRN-77'. There are about five keys, including a house key with a distinctive notched pattern and a small padlock key. If the owner can describe the tag or the compass charm, please reach out—I’d love to return them.
