Silver bracelet with blue gem found near Colchester High Street

I found a silver bracelet with a small blue gem this afternoon around 3:15pm, lying on the pavement outside Waterstones on Colchester High Street in Essex. It's a slim, 7-inch bracelet with a tiny star charm dangling near the clasp; the blue gem catches the light and looks like a small sapphire.
