Red North Face rain jacket with lighthouse pin

I found a red North Face rain jacket this afternoon around 4:15pm behind the Bayfront Center near State Street in Erie. It's a size large, waterproof, with a few rain marks and a tiny snag on the left cuff. Inside pocket there's a small enamel lighthouse pin and a scrap of a name tag that's partly torn—'M. Rivera' is visible. The jacket looks worn but sturdy, and it smells like rain and metal from the zipper. If this belongs to someone, I'd love to help get it back to you.
