Blue US passport with gold seal, lost near Bayfront

I lost my US passport yesterday around 3pm near the Bayfront Visitor Center along Bayfront Parkway in Erie. It's a dark blue passport with the gold seal; there’s a small coffee stain on the back cover and a tiny crease along the bottom edge from a rushed moment in my tote bag. This passport is really important to me—travel plans next month depend on it, and it also has sentimental value since I was hoping to visit family soon.
