Found leopard gecko with orange spots near Harbor Park

I found a leopard gecko this afternoon around 2:30pm behind Eastside Market on Main Street, near Harbor Park, in the Eastern Shore area. It's about 6 inches from snout to tail, olive-green with bright orange spots, and the tail is a bit kinked but healthy. It has a pale blue ring around its left eye and a tiny white nick at the tail tip—these markers should help the owner identify it.
