Blue passport in black leather sleeve

I'm missing my blue US passport in a black leather sleeve with a gold eagle crest. I last had it yesterday around 3pm near the East Oregon University Library on College Street, just outside the main entrance. The cover shows some wear, there's a tiny dent on the lower right corner, and the sleeve has a small coffee stain on the back. Inside the sleeve is a lighthouse sticker I stuck there years ago—this passport means a lot to me and I really need it back.
