Navy knit beanie with seashell charm

I found a navy blue knit beanie this afternoon around 4pm near the Daytona Beach Boardwalk and Pier. It's a medium-weight acrylic cap with a small white seashell charm stitched on the cuff and a faint tide-mark stain on the inside lining. The tag says Coastal Co., and the yarn shows a little pilling from frequent wear. It feels like it belongs to someone who spends a lot of time on the beach, and I figured it’d be best to post it here in case its owner is looking for it.
