Blue plush dinosaur with orange spikes

Yesterday around 3pm I lost my daughter's blue plush dinosaur, the soft Fisher-Price one with orange spikes along the back. It’s about 12 inches long, made of fuzzy royal blue fabric with a lighter blue belly, and it has a small white star patch on the left foot. It was wearing a tiny green ribbon tied around its neck. I think we last had it outside the Starbucks on Jefferson Avenue in Cookeville, near the city park entrance. It’s sentimental because it was a gift from grandma last Christmas, and my kid keeps saying it’s their 'dino buddy'—I’m really hoping to get it back.
