Beagle-mix dog with blue harness and heart patch

I lost my beagle-mix, Niko, yesterday around 3pm. We were near Wellborn Rd and George Bush Drive by the TAMU library quad when he bolted after a cyclist and wandered off. He's about 35 pounds, tan and white with a black saddle, and he wears a blue nylon harness with a red name tag that says 'Niko'. There's a small white heart-shaped patch on his chest and a tiny scar on his left hind leg from a past scrape. I'm really worried—he's part of the family and has sentimental value. If anyone finds him, please contact me here or text the number on his tag; a reward is offered.
