Cream ceramic floor lamp with bamboo tripod base

I found a four-foot-tall cream ceramic floor lamp with a bamboo tripod base. I found it this afternoon around 2:15pm in front of the Old Library on Main Street in downtown Chico, near Courthouse Square. The linen lampshade is off-white with a small coffee stain near the seam, and the cord is wrapped with a dark fabric. The bamboo legs have subtle carved rings, and there's a tiny dent at the base.
