Gold ring with emerald found near Downtown Mall

I found a slim 14k gold ring this afternoon around 2:15pm on Market Street, right outside the Paramount Theater along the Downtown Mall in Charlottesville. It features a small emerald bezel-set stone and a delicate engraved inner band that reads 'M.L. 2016'. The ring is in good condition with a few micro-scratches and a warm glow from daily wear.
