Blue Ruffwear Front Range harness, size M, lost

I lost my blue Ruffwear Front Range dog harness, size M, yesterday around 3pm near the NewBo City Market on 3rd Street SE in Cedar Rapids. It's a bright electric-blue nylon harness with black trim and a reflective strip along the chest. There's a small white paw-print patch sewn onto the left shoulder strap and a red heart-shaped tag with my dog's name Milo hanging from the D-ring. It’s in decent condition besides a bit of mud from the walk. Milo relies on it every day, and it has sentimental value since it was a gift from a friend.
