Navy Nike hoodie with neon green drawstrings

I found a navy blue Nike hoodie this afternoon around 3:20pm behind the Brainerd Public Library on Laurel Street, tucked under a bench by the steps. It's a men’s size L, in decent condition with just a bit of pilling on the sleeves. The neon lime drawstrings really stand out, and there's a tiny fox embroidery on the left chest that makes it easy to identify. It smells a little like coffee from the shop down the block, but otherwise clean.
