Navy blue North Face backpack found near library

I found a navy blue North Face backpack this afternoon around 4:15pm in the parking lot behind the Brainerd Public Library on Willow Street. It’s a medium-sized pack, with bright orange zipper pulls and a frayed bottom corner. There’s a small panda sticker on the inside pocket—easy to spot if you look inside.
