Blue ceramic mug with hand-painted heart

I lost my blue ceramic mug yesterday around 3pm outside The Coffee Bar on King Street in Boone. It's a small 12 oz mug with cobalt glaze and a white interior, and there’s a tiny red heart hand-painted near the base on the outside; the handle is a bit warped. This mug was a gift from my sister and it means a lot to me—it's a daily coffee companion, and I really need it back. If someone found it, I’d be grateful to get it back; I can meet near the Boone Public Library on King Street or anywhere convenient.
