Found black leather briefcase with silver latch and handles near Main Library in Bloomington.

Description

I found a black leather briefcase while walking near the Main Library in Bloomington yesterday afternoon. It was on the ground next to a bench, and it appeared to be unopened. It looks quite professional, with a silver latch and handles. There are some files and a notebook inside, but no identifying information. I'm hoping to get it back to its owner as soon as possible.
