Black velvet evening gown with beaded bodice (Adrianna Papell)

I found a black velvet evening gown this afternoon around 3:15pm outside the Forum Theatre on Chenango Street in downtown Binghamton. It's a size M Adrianna Papell gown, with a beaded gold embroidery bodice and a detachable beaded belt with a sparkly rhinestone buckle.
