UK passport, burgundy cover with crest

I lost my UK passport yesterday around 3pm near the Europa Hotel on Great Victoria Street in Belfast. It's a standard burgundy passport with the royal crest on the cover. The passport is in decent shape but has a small crease along the bottom edge and a faint coffee stain on the back cover. Inside, the photo page shows my face clearly and there’s a tiny travel clinic sticker on page 4. This passport means the world to me because my trip in two weeks depends on it—I really need it back.
