Found a small green parakeet near Texas State Capitol in Austin, friendly and used to handling.

I found a small green parakeet in my backyard near the Texas State Capitol in Austin. It seemed pretty lost and was hopping around on the ground, chirping loudly. I brought it inside to keep it safe. It's friendly and apparently used to being handled, so I'm hoping to find its owner soon. If you're looking for a vibrant little buddy, please reach out!
