Black leather passport holder with RFID

I lost my black TravelSmart passport holder yesterday around 3pm in the parking lot behind the Ashtabula Public Library on Main Street. It's a compact leather case, roughly the size of a passport, with RFID-blocking lining and a slim top zipper. There are a couple of distinguishing marks: a tiny red stitch along the edge and a small lighthouse sticker on the inner sleeve, plus a light coffee stain on the front. Inside is my grandmother's photo in the sleeve and a boarding pass from last year's trip. It really has sentimental value and I’d be grateful to get it back.
