Blue CVS Health contact lens case, initials KS

I lost my blue CVS Health contact lens case yesterday around 3pm. It's a small rectangular case, about 1 by 2 inches, with a clear body and a blue lid. There's a tiny crack along the lid and the bottom is etched with my initials 'KS'. I think I dropped it outside the CVS on 6th Avenue by Lakemont Park in Altoona; I retraced my steps but came up empty.
